How do I take care of my jewelry?
Our pieces are made to be worn intentionally every day, we recommend rinsing with fresh water and wiping with a damp cloth after they have been worn in the shower, pool, ocean, etc. Here are a few tips for taking extra care of your pieces:
Ensure your pieces are completely dry before storing.
When not being worn, store in a safe, dry place to protect against the elements of daily exposure.
We recommend removing your jewelry before doing any activity that risks physical damage.
As a general care tip, your jewelry should be the last thing you put on before going out and the first thing you take off when you get home.
How do I determine my ring size?
All our rings run true to size, sizes 5-10. We recommend taking your usual size. If you already have a ring with the perfect fit, grab a ruler and measure the internal diameter. Then, cross-reference with our sizing chart. This way it will be sure to fit!
What is your jewelry made of?
Our pieces are hand crafted using brass as a premium base metal, and heavily coated in 24K Gold. All of our items are safe, waterproof, and tarnish free.
Where is your jewelry made?
Our pieces are consciously handcrafted in Mexico by our team of artisans and designed in Miami.
Returns + Exchanges
What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return or exchange without exception.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@mayamarcollection.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What do I do if my jewelry is defective or if I received the wrong item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Info@mayamarcollection.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

How long does it take to receive my order?
For orders in North America: our FREE shipping arrives anywhere between 3-5 business days. We do have the option of $25 expedited shipping which is guaranteed to arrive between 2-3 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, your tracking number will be emailed to you and can be used to see the information/updates about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated on the next available business day!
Can I cancel or update my order? Or change my shipping address?
